## Before you submit

Prepare one full name for each passenger, an email address and accurate flight dates and times in Phu Quoc local time. No passport or ticket upload is needed. Flights must be at least 12 hours away, including both legs of a combined order.

## Service limits

Fast Track does not waive mandatory immigration, security, customs or airline checks. Queue conditions can change, and admission or an exact processing time cannot be guaranteed. Lounge entry and ground transfers are not included unless explicitly confirmed.
