# Departure assistance at Phu Quoc

Four arrival and departure tiers, one price per passenger. Book at least 12 hours ahead; every request is reviewed before payment.

## Departure Fast Track — $60

The standard departure tier uses self check-in before the included Fast Track departure process. Complete the airline’s required document and baggage checks first. The booking lead time does not replace your airline’s check-in or boarding deadlines.

## First Class Departure — $75

Both departure tiers include a personal butler after self check-in. First Class Departure additionally includes Fast Track security screening. Follow the coordinator’s meeting time and location and tell the team promptly if the airline changes your schedule.

## Service limits

Fast Track does not waive mandatory immigration, security, customs or airline checks. Queue conditions can change, and admission or an exact processing time cannot be guaranteed. Lounge entry and ground transfers are not included unless explicitly confirmed.
