## Privacy

The service uses the contact and travel details you provide to handle your request. Access to booking records is restricted to authorized staff. Do not upload passports or tickets: the booking flow requests passenger names rather than document copies. Contact us to ask about your data or request correction.

## Scope and payment

An enquiry is not a confirmed service. The team must confirm availability, inclusions, total price and applicable cancellation terms before payment. Keep that written confirmation. Assistance does not waive immigration, customs, security or airline requirements.

## Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation outside of 7 days of purchased service will result in a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 7 days of purchased service will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to board or attend, change of date or cancellation within 48 hours of purchased service will result in full amount charge. A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment.
