Read the destination on your ticket before joining a check-in line. Domestic and international processes differ. If a driver asks for a terminal, use the details in the airline message rather than a terminal number borrowed from another Vietnamese airport.

## An airport in transition

The operator describes an ongoing airport expansion. Renderings of future facilities are not a map of what is open today. Keep your airline notifications available and recheck the assigned check-in area close to departure.

## Before you leave a controlled area

For a connection, ask airline staff whether you must collect your bags or check in again before walking out. Once outside the secure area, re-entry may require another document and security check.
