Passenger services and assistance
Prepare access needs, keep baggage records and check which facilities are available in your departure area.
Accessibility starts with the airline
If you need wheelchair assistance or help boarding, request it from your airline before travelling and confirm the meeting arrangements. Describe mobility equipment and battery details accurately. Commercial Fast Track is not a substitute for airline accessibility assistance.
Baggage problems
Keep baggage tags and your boarding pass. For a missing checked bag, report to the airline or handling agent and retain the report reference. For an item left in the terminal, use the airport contact directory and describe when and where it was last seen.
Connectivity and waiting
The operator lists Wi-Fi, charging, dining and lounge facilities. Availability depends on your location and current operations. Keep essential travel details offline and verify lounge access with the provider or card issuer before paying.
