A complete departure plan
Confirm your departure date, operating airline and baggage allowance the day before travel. Arrange transport from the actual accommodation location. A departure from a northern resort should not use a transfer estimate for Duong Dong.
Online check-in is one step
An online boarding pass does not automatically remove document checks or bag-drop requirements. Ask the airline whether you must visit its counter. Keep your destination entry documents ready for an international departure.
Stay within reach of your gate
After security and any required border formalities, check the screens again. Leave enough time to walk to the gate and listen for changes. Shopping, dining and lounge access should fit around boarding, not replace it.
